Hi ! Thank you for taking an interest in my Commissions ! Here are a few things to keep in mind when working with me :Note : These Terms can change over time please ! It is not my responsibility if you have not read these terms and the updated terms before commissioning. Thank you to understand. (˶˘ ³˘˶) .♡

General Terms

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding .♡- You will have to sign a digital contract, is mandatory for all commissions. This one confirms that you understand and agree to these terms. Once signed, the contract cannot be cancelled.
- Please understand that I have a disability, so it can sometimes happen that your Commission may be late if my disability creates problems for me at that time (it doesn't happen often but it can happen). Thank you for understanding that I can't do anything about it if it happens.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- As the artist, I reserve the right to share the commissioned work for self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is purchased (additional private fee: €70).
- Prices are final and non-negotiable.
- ⚠ A 15% tax will be applied to your orders to offset processing and payment costs of the platform. Thank you to understand. (˶˘ ³˘˶) .♡

Working Hours

Here you can find the days and hours when I’m available to work on your Commission. Please feel free to check the timings, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further information.I work from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UTC+2) , so please check your local time accordingly .♡

I dedicate several hours each week to art training and skill development to continuously improve the quality of my work. Thank you for understanding that this is part of my professional growth .♡

Commission Guidelines

- Commissions are digital-only, no physical items will be shipped.
- All references, ideas, and instructions must be provided upfront to avoid misunderstandings during the Commission.
Please provide clear references or visual material for your request.
- You may request Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates at any time.
If a WIP is seen and no feedback is given, I’ll consider it approved. If you also tell me that you like the WIP, please do not tell me a few days later that you do not like it. If this happens and you want changes somethings, revision fees will be applied.
- Project files are stored on my computer for 1 month only. Please back up your files upon delivery—retention is the client’s responsibility.
- As the artist, I reserve the right to share the commissioned work for self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is purchased (additional fee: €70).

Formats File

Depending on what you Commission me for, you will receive a different file :
- For an Overlay you will receive a .Png file.
- For a Schedule you will receive a .Canva file with a tutorial to help you to use the application.If you wish to receive a .PSD file for any commission, you can do so, but an additional fee will apply to your commission .♡

Payment Terms

- Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Prices are in € and payments are to be made through PayPal or VGen.
- ⚠ A 15% tax applies to cover platform and processing fees.For Commissions over 170€, payment plans are available:- 50% upfront
- 50% after WIP approval

Usage Rights & Copyright

All commissions are by default for Personal Use .♡1. Personal Use (no fee)

If your commission is intended for merchandise or resale, additional fees apply :

Please be transparent about your resale intentions. Credit remains mandatory in all cases .♡

Deadlines & Delivery

Estimated delivery is a minimum of 1 month from the payment date (Minimum = it can be more or less if I finished it before). All fees must be paid in full upfront .♡
Delays may incur by orders with deadlines, any delay affecting a commission the client will be notified.Commissions with deadlines are prioritized for an additional fee :

Revisions Policy

5 minor revisions are included. Beyond that :- 15€~ per additional minor revision
- 30€+ for complex revisions⚠ If you request significant additions (e.g. adding a background mid-project), additional complexity fees will apply.
If a client refuses to pay for extra revisions, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and repurpose the work (e.g. for YCH or P2U purposes) .♡

Refund Policy

If you want to commission me, make sure you have the money please .♡For this type of thing everything must happen in private and not be disclosed publicly please. Conflicts can be resolved amicably and that is my primary goal, I want to avoid huge scales when everything is adjustable.- ⚠ Refunds are available within 5 days of proposal acceptance only if work hasn't started.
- No refunds are given once work has begun.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.
- Frequent cancellations or refund requests may result in a permanent blacklist.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Both the client and VaelyAtelier agree not to disclose confidential information unless :- Written permission is granted, or Required by law or legal authorities.These terms remain in effect even after cancellation or completion of a project.
If the Commission's process doesn't go as you wish, it should remain private. There's no point in harming anyone, please respect that .♡

Artist Inspiration & Plagiarism

If you're an artist inspired by my work :- Credit is required if you're publicly referencing or inspired by my art.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If your work is found to be a copy, I will contact you to remove it. Refusal will result in escalated action.

Commission Process

1. Inquiry
- Choose a service and submit an order via VGen, Twitter/X, Discord, or email.
I will respond within a few days to accept or decline the project.
- Upon acceptance, I will review it to determine if I am the right person for your needs. I will contact you as soon as possible if i accept.
- You’ll receive a contract to sign (required).
- Once paid, you’ll be added to my queue.2. Creation
- I will keep you informed when i started the project !
- You’ll receive WIPs and concept drafts. You are always able to ask for progress updates !
- Major revisions should be requested during the early stages.
- If a WIP is seen and no feedback is given, I’ll consider it approved.
- Once it is approved I will finish the work little by little. Thank you for your patience.3. Finalization & Delivery
- Final files are delivered via DM and/or email (upon request).
- Files are sent in high quality. Keep your backups please !
